Roswell Village Apartments provides a team of maintenance professionals that are ready to assist Monday- Saturday, and will always be on call for emergencies. For non-emergency issues please submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible. A member from our leasing team will follow up with your request.

If you indicate permission on your work order at the time of submitting, our serive technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about regardless in city or state.

In order to ensure you receive assistance as quickly as possible please place a work order through your online portal or feel free to contact our team of leasing professionals.

If you happen to find yourself locked out during business hours please do not hesitate to visit the office with your ID for verification purposes and our leasing team will be more than happy to provide you with the help you need to enter your unit.

Here at Roswell Village, we offer free parking with multiple parking options so your arrival home from an exciting day is even easier.

At Roswell Village, We are paperless so paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online through your portal with a bank account, debit, or you can utilize our WIPS "Walk In Pay System" at the nearest center which will be provided for you at the time of move in just in case you want to pay by cash or credit card!

Our Renters Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the Renters Insurance policy at Roswell Village, please contact our leasing office!

For internet and cable providers you have the choice of utilizing Spectrum, Verizon or AT&T, keeping in mind our property offers high-speed internet!

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes. Management is always here to help.

We want your life at Roswell Village to be as easy as possible! All utilities are set up for our residents by the property staff. Residents will receive a monthly bill, to be paid along with the rent each month, from Conservice.

Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, alarm fees, and all other utility fees, will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly by a professional punch tech so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Roswell just minutes from the freeway and downtown Roswell, and due to the location noise levels are expected to be moderate. However, neighbors are always mindful of the noise they make.

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

At our apartments in Roswell, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and amenity fee.

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited 

We want Roswell Village to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Most of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges. However, if you decide to utilize the clubhouse for an event fees will apply. Feel free to call the leasing office for further information.
