- Comments: If we find that your pet displays aggression and is not on the aggressive breed list, we reserve the right to deny your application for housing. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Limit 2 pets per apartment.
- Restrictions: No exotic pets are allowed at any time. Restricted breeds of dogs include (but are not limited to) the Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Pit-Bull, Pit-Bull Mix, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Mastiff and Cane Corso.
Fees and Pet Rent:
- $350.00 non-refundable fee per pet.
- Monthly pet rent of $25.00. All fees and charges noted are per pet.
